Sturgeon Release / Earth Day Celebration

We finished MSTEP this week!  I’m proud of how hard the kids worked on these tests.   Hopefully, all of our hard work will pay off. 

Sturgeon release and camping trip will be May 12th.  Please see the note attached to the email.  There is a paper copy coming home as well.   If you think you’ll attend send me an email so we can get a head count. 

We celebrated Earth Day last Friday by spending some time in our wetland water testing, painting with water colors, and cleaning up litter from all around.  It’s great to see the kids so excited to get in the wetland again and be outside.  It was a nice break after  a week of testing.

We continued with the MSTEP this week.  The kids took the science and social studies test 1.  Next week we will be taking the social studies test 2 and the math MSTEP.

Camp Payment Due April 23rd.  Only a few more kids to pay for camp.  If you have any questions shoot me an email or call.  We are getting excited for this great end of elementary school experience.

Sturgeon release and camping trip is tentatively planned for May 12th.  With all the new snow up there we might have to back the trip up one weekend.  Stay tuned, more information will be coming soon.  If you think you’ll attend send me an email so I can get a head count.
